Products feature
The adhesive used is completely different from traditional glass
wool and is an acrylic adhesive. It completely abandons toxic and
harmful substances such as phenol, formaldehyde, and urea, so it is
a revolution to traditional glass wool. It not only solves the
problem of binder, but also solves the problem of solidification in
the production process and the problem of production cost control.
The hydrophobicity of formaldehyde-free environmentally friendly
glass wool is higher than that of ordinary glass wool, which can
greatly reduce the possibility of the thermal insulation
performance and service life of glass wool being reduced due to the
infiltration of water vapor into glass wool. Hydrophobicity can
reflect a technical index of the material's resistance to water
penetration. It is expressed by the volume percentage of the
non-permeable part of the sample after a certain flow of water is
sprayed in a prescribed manner.
The fiber diameter of formaldehyde-free environmentally friendly
glass wool is small, the diameter of glass fiber is much smaller
than the national standard, and it does not contain slag balls, and
the distribution is more uniform. Experiments have proved that
under the same conditions, the smaller the fiber diameter, the
smaller the thermal conductivity of the product, and the better the
thermal insulation performance of the product.
